Ingredients Used For Pav Bhaji Masala
2 medium aaloo (Patato) kate hue, 1/2 cup hari matar (taaja ya frogen) 3/4 cup kata hua foolgobhi (lagabhag 1/4 foolgobhi) 1/2 cup kata hua gaajar (lagabhag 1 medium) 1 bada pyaaj, baariq kata hua (lagabhag 3/4 cup), 1 tablespoon adrak lahsun ka paste, 2 medium tamatar baariq kate hue (lagabhag 1 cup), 1/2 cup shimala mirch kata hua (lagabhag 1 chhota), 1 tablespoon laal mirch powder (ya kam), 1/4 tablespoon haldi powder, 1 teespoon dhaniya-jeera powder, 1 teespoon redeemed pav bhaji masaala powder, 1 teespoon nimbu ka ras namak swad anusar, 2 tablespoon tel + 2 tablespoon makkhan, parosne ke liye, 2 tablespoon baariq kata hua hara dhaniya, 8 paav bans, parosne ke liye.
Pav Bhaji Recipe
Step 1:- Toh doston ab sabse pehle sbhi sabjyo ko acche se pani mai dhokar chhote chhote tukdo mai kaat le.
Step 2:- Kata hue aalu , foolgobhi, gaajar aur hari matar ko 2-3 letre wale pressure cooker mein daale. 1/2 kap pani aur swad anusar namak daale.
Step 3:- Pressure Cooker ka dhakkan band kar de aur 2-3 sitiyo ke liye medium aanch par pakne de. Gas ko band kar de aur cooker ko thanda hone de. jab saara pressure apne aap nikal jaaye uske baad dhakkan khole usme lagabhag 5-7 minute ka time lagega.
Step 4:- Ubale hue sabjiyo ko kisi bartan ki sahayta se chalate rhe or sabji ko acche se masal le. aap apani pasand ke hisab se sabjiyo ko jyaada ya kam masal sakte hai.
Step 5:- Ek Kadhai mai 2-tablespoon tel aur 2-tablespoon makkhan medium aanch par sath mai garam kare. kata hua pyaaj aur adrak-lahasun ka paste daale. pyaaj ko halka gulabi hone tak bhun le.
Step 6:- Kati hui shimla mirch aur kata hua tamatar aur namak daale
Step 7:- Tamatar aur shimla mirch ko naram hone tak bhune.
Step 8:- Add 1/2 teespoon laal mirch powder, 1/4 teespoon haldi powder, 1-teespoon dhaniya-jeera powder aur 1-teespoon redeemed paav bhaji masala powder daale.
Step 9:- Chammach se hilaate hue 1-minute ke liye pakaiye.
Step 10:- 3/4 cup pani daale aur 5 minute ke liye ache se pakne de.
Step 11:- Ab usme ubli hui sabji daale aur swad ke liye thoda nimbu ras bhi daal skte hai.
Step 12:- Achi tarah se sb sabji mila le aur 4-5 minute ke liye pakne de. ab bhaji ko chakh le aur yadi jarurat lage to aur namak dalakar ache se mila le. gas ko band kar den. baariq kata hua hara dhaniya daalakar saja le. bhaaji parosne ke liye taiyaar hai.
Step 13:- Paav bans ko chaku se beech mai se is tarah se kaatiye ke wah dusre side se juda rahe. tave ko medium aanch par garam karne rakhe. 1-tablespoon makkhan tave par daalkar uske upar kata hua paav bans rakhe aur dono taraph se halka bhoora hone tak senk le, har ek taraph sekane mein lagabhag 30 sekand lagenge. sake hue paav ko ek thaalee mein rakh de aur baaki bache paav bhi isi tarah se senk le.
